After you’ve added transactions to a bank account, you can begin to normalize them. This is the process of ensuring each transaction has a complete set of accurate data.
Make sure you’re viewing the “Transactions” tab within an account, then:
You can edit the details of a single transaction by double-clicking the transaction in the list:
Note: Only transactions within the current view will be edited. Transactions on subsequent pages will not be selected or edited.
You can search for transactions using the search bar and the transaction list will instantly update accordingly.
You can sort transactions by clicking the column headers in the transaction list. Each column has 3 options: ascending, descending, and none — which will clear the sorting.
You can view more transactions at once by scrolling to the bottom of the transactions list and changing the default number of transactions per screen to a higher value.
You can delete transactions by double-clicking on the transaction and selecting “Delete” in the bottom of the window or using the bulk select feature and clicking “Delete” in the right of the toolbar.
