Changing the Status of a Case
To change the status of a case, click “Manage Cases” and select the case you want to manage. Then, click “Edit Case Details” and open the “Basic Info” section. From here, you can change the status of the case to Open, Pending, or Closed. Remember to save your changes.
The status of a case is for your internal workflow and organizational purposes only and does not affect the case in any other way.
We recommend using “Open” for any case that is actively being investigated; “Pending” for any case that is on hold for the moment, and hasn’t yet closed; and “Closed” for all completed cases.
