Assigning a Case to a Team Member

To assign a case to a team member, click “Manage Cases” and select the case you want to manage. Then, click “Edit Case Details” and open the “Basic Info” section. From here, you can assign the case to anyone on your team. Remember to save your changes.

Assigning a case to different members of your team is a great way to optimize your internal workflow and keep track of your teams workload distribution, which is visible on your dashboard!
