2FA Guide: Signing Up & Logging In

If you are having trouble with signing into the application, look no further! Below is a guide for how to sign up with two-factor and a guide for how to log in with two-factor.

You may have to download the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Signing Up

To sign up for two factor, go to your application. Sign in using your credentials.

You will then be prompted with a screen to scan a QR code. In this example, we are using Google Authenticator, so you would go to your Google Authenticator app and scan this QR code.

Once you are done scanning the code, click the "I've scanned my code" button. That will bring you to a screen like this, where you will enter your code! Navigate on your phone to your authenticator app (either Google or Microsoft) and find that code and enter it in. Codes do expire, so make sure you do it quickly after you click the sign in button on the page prior.

You should be all set now to get into your app and get to work!

Logging In

To log in using two-factor, go to your application. Sign in using your credentials.

You then will be prompted with a field to enter in a code. Navigate on your phone to your authenticator app (either Google or Microsoft) and find that code and enter it in. Codes do expire, so make sure you do it quickly after you click the sign in button on the page prior.

After this, you should be on your site and able to get to work!
